To Guide or Not To Guide

So this is just a strong thought that has been on my mind today. How much do we take on which other people might project onto us? I will be the first person to admit that I have had my fair share of low-energy and ego based moments. But those moments transformed me into this higher being. So when I encounter other people of low-energy and ego based thinking, I almost feel this strong sense of responsibility to guide them.

Now, guiding these types of individuals is not only exhausting but it is draining in every sense of the word. The dilemma I find myself in is, do I act out of compassion and help or do I keep my distance and protect my energy field? This is a tough question to answer because I reflect on my journey toward positivity and enlightenment, and I am reminded that I had to do a lot of the work on my own. People could give me insight, advice and guidance all they wanted to, but I had to learn on my own.

I understand that the energies are extremely potent and high right now. It is causing an upheaval of emotions for the individuals who have not put in the work to heal themselves. The important thing that I try to remind myself is that compassion and loving someone from a distance plays a very big role in the transformation process. When I say love someone from a distance I mean to give them the space they need to heal, but allow them to know they are loved and needed no matter what.

All we can do in this lifetime is to spread as much love as possible and to maintain our positivity. Sometimes maintaining that positivity might mean protecting yourself and your energy from others. That is completely okay and necessary at times, just remember to steer away from operating from fear. Come from a place of love and all will fall into place.
